We produce and install aluminum windows, doors, curtain wall systems. We will deliver to you high quality constructions of a high technological level of aluminum systems. We use more kinds of systems that comply with European standards.

Aluminum has excellent technical parameters that can be utilized especially with large constructions  and curtain wall systems.  It shows a high breaking strength, durability, and resistance against atmospheric corrosion effects. A protective layer of oxides forms in contact with the air on the surface and the layer is restored after each removal. Aluminum is easy to maintain and gives an opportunity to create slim and light frameworks. These all are the reasons why we have decided to start production of aluminum windows and doors.

We use Aliplast system produced by a Belgian company Aliplast founded in the town of Lokeren. We use more kinds of the systems that are compatible mutually. Production of windows and doors is carried out with two basic alternatives with or without a thermal bridge break. It means thermally separated multi-chamber systems where individual chambers are separated by plastics strips that break the thermal bridge – it is so called warm aluminum.

TRILINE – three-chamber system with thermal break of thickness 14.8mm and 17mm reinforced with glass fiber, so called warm aluminum with a good thermal and acoustic insulation. The system allows glass panes of thickness from 4mm to 37 mm. the panes are fastened and sealed at sashes with shaped slats as well as sealing. Glazing and stop sealing is made of synthetic rubber EPDM. The TRILINE system is compatible with the other Aliplast system.

ECONOLINE – a system without thermal insulation, so called cold aluminum, designed for interior use mainly. The thickness of the profile is 51 mm (by 6 mm more than other profiles commonly offered in the market). Econoline system allows panes of thickness from 3 mm to 38 mm. The ECONOLINE system  is compatible with the other Aliplast systems.

IMPERIAL – three-chamber system designed for production of windows and doors used in exterior as well as for different kinds of shop-windows. It is a system with thermal break with a thickness of 24 mm. The thermal break I created by a polyamide strip reinforced with fiber glass which increases mechanical endurance of both inner and outer chambers of the profile.
Door profile IMPERIAL has its heat transition ratio UR 2.2 W/m2K which ranks it into the 2.1wg DIN4108 material category. Thanks to its parameters (width of the profile 65 mm – sash, door case, side posts, and the door itself, and 74 mm window sash as well as its wall thickness of 2 mm) a strong and robust profile has been created tha allows to construct doors with their maximum dimensions o the sash width of 1300 mm at a basic height of 2200mm, width of 1200mm at the height of 2400mm.

Okrem uvedených profilových systémov máme v ponuke ďalšie,menej používané ako napr. dvojkomorový systém  VISOLINE, jeden z prvých profilov firmy Aliplast. Systém SUPERIAL
trojkomorový systém so zvýšenou tepelnou izoláciou je určenýpre najnáročnejšiu klientelu pre jeho vyššiu cenu v porovnaní s ostatnými profilovými systémami.
